"Customer service was really frustrating"
I had a bad experience with their support. It took forever to get any kind of response, and even after explaining the issue more than once, I still didn’t get a clear answer. it got really annoying having to repeat myself and still feel like nobody was actually helping.

"Shipping was just too expensive"
I was about to order a small cable, but then I saw the shipping cost, it was almost as much as the cable itself. At that point, it just didn’t feel worth it. I ended up closing my cart — kind of frustrating, and bought it from somewhere else instead.

I tried to place an order, but the checkout kept freezing on me. Maybe the site was overloaded or something, I’m not sure, but it made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be.

"Return went fine, but the refund took a while"
I ended up returning my order, and the process itself was okay overall. Nothing really went wrong, but it did take longer than I expected to get everything sorted out. I did eventually get my refund, so that was good, but I wish it had come through a bit faster.

"Mostly accurate info, just a bit unclear in spots"
I ordered a cable from primecables.ca and, the product info was good — well, mostly. The length and connectors were exactly what the listing said, so no complaints there. I did get a little unsure reading some of the description though, and ended up checking a couple other places before ordering just to be safe. The cable works fine, I’m happy with it overall, but I do wish the listing had a few more details.

Overall, I thought the variety was decent. If you’re just browsing or need the basics, there’s a good amount to choose from. But if you’re looking for something specific, a few items can be a little hard to track down

"Not worth it for me"
At first the prices seemed decent, but once shipping and the extra fees were added, it didn’t feel like a good deal anymore. The quality was just okay, and the whole experience felt kind of impersonal, like there wasn’t a real person behind it if I needed help. I don’t think I’d order again.

"Shipping took forever and I couldn’t reach a real person"
I ordered from PrimeCables thinking it would be straightforward, but the shipping was painfully slow. The tracking barely updated for days and it felt like my package was just sitting somewhere. What made it more annoying was that there didn’t seem to be any real human to talk to about it, just automated updates that didn’t help. If you need something quickly, I definitely wouldn’t count on them. Not a great first experience.

"Disappointed the moment I saw the box"
I was let down when this arrived. I still remember picking up the box and feeling that sinking feeling because it was half crushed, like it had been through a rough trip. When I opened it, there was barely any padding around the items, so it really felt like everything was just thrown in and shipped out without much care. Not a great experience

I ordered cables and got the wrong ones, support sorted it out quickly, it was still annoying having to deal with the extra hassle.
